BellJax would like your permission to use these photos for advertising.

For example portfolios, online and print ads, etc.  Your consent is necessary regarding this.  Please click and indicate with your signature if you would allow the photos used or not in advertising.  We also like to tag our clients in photos used on our Instagram profile.  Please indicate whether you will allow this or not below.

Please Note: Models must allow advertisement consent in order to be considered a model.  If you choose you do not wish to have your photos used your model price will be null and void and full price will be expected at the time of service.
